Azerbaijan Confirms Drone Attack Launched from Iran on Nakhchivan Airport, Summons Ambassador

Azerbaijan's Foreign Ministry confirmed early Thursday morning that drone strikes launched from Iranian territory targeted Nakhchivan International Airport, located approximately 10 kilometers from the Iranian border. Two people were injured in the attack. Azerbaijan summoned Iran's ambassador in response and declared it reserves the right to retaliate. Images from the drone attack have been circulating online.
