Bipartisan Push for War Powers Vote in Congress

Senator Tim Kaine (D-VA) and Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) announce they will force a Senate vote on a war powers resolution. Representatives Thomas Massie and Ro Khanna prepare a House version.
