Iran Cuts Gasoline Quotas for Personal Vehicles and Pickup Trucks Starting New Persian Year

The spokesperson for the fuel station owners union announced changes to gasoline quota allocations starting from the beginning of year 1405 (Persian calendar), which include reductions for personal vehicles, pickup trucks, and dual-fuel vehicles. According to the announced details: - The second monthly quota for personal passenger vehicles (3,000 toman gasoline) is reduced from 100 liters to 70 liters per month. - Gasoline pickup trucks (both high and low consumption categories) will see their quota reduced from 290 liters to 200 liters per month. - The 3,000 toman gasoline quota for dual-fuel vehicles will be cut by 50% compared to current levels. These quota reductions will NOT apply to ambulances or vehicles belonging to veterans and persons with disabilities. Additionally, the storage period for the 1,500 toman gasoline quota for personal vehicles and motorcycles will be reduced from 6 months to 3 months.
