The official stated that the Islamic Republic has set five conditions for ending the war: 1. Complete cessation of "aggression and killing" by the enemy 2. Establishment of specific mechanisms to prevent war from being brought to the Islamic Republic again 3. Guaranteed and transparent payment of war damages and reparations 4. End of the war on all fronts and for all resistance groups in the region 5. Recognition and provision of international guarantees regarding the Islamic Republic's sovereign rights over the Strait of Hormuz
