IRGC Attacks Oil Tanker Skylight in Strait of Hormuz — 4 Injured, 20 Crew Evacuated

Iran's Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) attacked the Palau-flagged oil tanker Skylight approximately five nautical miles north of Khasab Port in Oman's Musandam Governorate, injuring four crew members and forcing the evacuation of all 20 on board, including 15 Indian and 5 Iranian nationals. Oman's Maritime Security Centre confirmed the attack, marking the first strike on a commercial vessel in the Strait of Hormuz since Iran declared the waterway closed to all traffic. Iranian state media attributed the strike to the IRGC, claiming the vessel violated the no-transit order.
