Israel Strikes Iranian Navy Missile Ships in Caspian Sea for First Time

The Israeli Army, alongside published images, announced it struck Iranian Navy missile-launching ships in the Caspian Sea for the first time. Targeted assets included: military vessels of the Iranian Navy including missile-launching ships, support ships, and patrol boats — the targeted missile-launching ships included air defense systems and anti-submarine missiles; a central headquarters from which Iranian naval forces managed ongoing Caspian Sea operations; and central infrastructure used for the continuous maintenance of vessels.
