Kepler Data: Zero Oil Tankers or Gas Carriers Have Transited Hormuz Since US-Iran Ceasefire; State TV Confirms Full Closure

Data provided by Kepler, a global ship-tracking firm, to the New York Times shows that since the US-Iran temporary ceasefire, no oil tanker or gas carrier has transited the Strait of Hormuz. However, four bulk carriers transporting dry cargo managed to pass through. Iran's state broadcaster IRIB announced on Wednesday that the Strait of Hormuz is completely closed and some tankers have been forced to turn back.
