Pentagon: ~140 US Troops Injured in First 10 Days of Middle East Fighting

The US Department of Defense announced on Tuesday that approximately 140 military personnel were injured in the first 10 days of fighting in the Middle East. Pentagon chief spokesman Sean Parnell stated: "The vast majority of these injuries were minor and 108 of these personnel have already returned to their posts." He added: "The condition of eight military personnel is still reported as serious and they are receiving the highest level of medical care."
