The new building of Rayaneh Khadamat Omid Sepah (Sepah Hope Computer Services) on Haghani Highway, across from Ab va Atash Park in Tehran, was struck with precision — only the server sections were hit, indicating attackers knew exactly where the servers were located inside the building. This company had previously helped Bank Sepah recover lost data following an earlier hack, working alongside Tossan company. A citizen who sent photos today wrote: "Before the 12-day war, this was the main data center. After it was hacked, the entire data center was moved elsewhere. Then after Sepah was hacked again the night before last, this building was set to become the main data center — it was struck around 1:15 AM.
