Qatar MOD: Air Force Shoots Down 2 Iranian Su-24 Jets, Intercepts 7 Missiles and 5 Drones

Qatar's Ministry of Defense announced that the Qatar Emiri Air Force successfully shot down two Iranian Su-24 military aircraft and intercepted seven ballistic missiles, while Qatar Air and Navy forces intercepted an additional five drones that targeted multiple areas within the state. The ministry stated that all threats were neutralized immediately upon detection, with all missiles destroyed before reaching their targets. Qatar's MoD emphasized the armed forces possess full capabilities to defend the country's sovereignty and respond firmly to any external threat. Citizens, residents, and visitors were urged to remain calm and rely solely on information from official channels.
