Trump Calls for Complete Dismantling of Iran's Leadership, Says He Has Names for a 'Good Leader'

President Trump said Thursday he wants Iran's entire leadership structure dismantled and revealed he has names in mind for a "good leader." In a phone interview with NBC News, Trump said he wants to "go in and clean everything up" and does not want someone who would rebuild everything in a ten-year period. Trump dismissed Iranian Foreign Minister Araghchi's claim that Iran is prepared for a US-Israeli ground invasion as a "useless statement," saying Iran has already lost its navy and everything it could lose. Trump added that the pace and intensity of strikes will continue.
