UK MoD Reports RAF F-35 and Typhoon Intercept Iranian Drones Over Jordan, Iraq, and Qatar

The UK Ministry of Defence announced Tuesday that Royal Air Force F-35B jets operating over Jordanian airspace intercepted drones in defensive operations, marking the first-ever operational target destruction by an RAF F-35. A British Armed Forces counter-unmanned aerial system team also destroyed drones over Iraqi airspace that were moving toward coalition forces. An RAF Typhoon separately shot down an Iranian one-way attack drone that had been directed toward Qatar.
