IDF Chief of Staff: 2,500 Strikes Conducted, 80% of Iranian Air Defenses Destroyed, Near-Complete Air Superiority Achieved

Israeli Defense Forces Chief of Staff announced that IAF pilots have conducted 2,500 strikes and deployed over 6,000 munitions against Iran. Within 24 hours, pilots cleared the path to Tehran, destroying approximately 80% of Iranian air defense systems and achieving near-complete air superiority over Iranian skies. More than 60% of ballistic missile launchers were also destroyed. The IDF stated it is now entering a new phase of the campaign focused on intensifying strikes against regime pillars and military capabilities, and noted additional surprise measures it does not intend to disclose.
