IRGC Threatens to Strike US Energy, IT, and Desalination Infrastructure If Iran's Energy Sites Are Attacked

According to Tasnim News Agency, affiliated with the IRGC, the spokesman of the "Khatam al-Anbiya" Central Command issued a statement in response to Trump's warning that the US would attack Iranian power plants if the Strait of Hormuz is not fully opened within 48 hours. The statement read: "If Iran's fuel and energy infrastructure is attacked by the enemy, all US energy infrastructure, IT infrastructure, and desalination plants in the region will be targeted." Earlier, US President Donald Trump issued a warning to the Islamic Republic: "If Iran does not fully and without threat open the Strait of Hormuz within 48 hours from this moment, the United States will attack its power plants. We will target and destroy these facilities, starting with the largest plant."
