Residential Buildings in Bahrain's Manama Hit by Iranian Strikes; US Embassy Closes, Schools Go Remote

Three residential buildings in and around Bahrain's capital Manama were struck by Iranian drone attacks and missile debris on Saturday, with the Era View residential tower in Hoora sustaining heavy direct damage from a drone hit, Bahrain's Interior Ministry confirmed. The United States Embassy in Bahrain announced it would close Sunday, and the Bahraini government ordered all schools and universities to shift to distance learning until further notice, following the earlier confirmed Iranian strike on the U.S. Navy's 5th Fleet headquarters.
