Iran Fires Ballistic Missiles and Drones at Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, and Bahrain

On Friday, March 27 — the 27th day of the war between the US and Israel against the Islamic Republic — as strikes continued against military, nuclear, and industrial targets including steel manufacturing in Iran, neighboring countries reported ongoing Iranian missile and drone attacks on their territories. Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Defense announced that six ballistic missiles were fired toward Riyadh, the capital. Two missiles were intercepted, and four fell into the Persian Gulf and uninhabited areas. Kuwait reported that its main commercial port, Shuwaikh, was attacked on Friday morning. The UAE Ministry of Defense announced that its air defense systems targeted six ballistic missiles and nine drones fired from Iran. Bahrain's Defense Force said it intercepted 12 drones.
